The location was spot‑on, with easy access to a convenience store, malls, and well‑known local restaurants, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide range of dishes, but the swimming pool smelled and was poorly maintained.

“Great location, hotel not well maintained and racial discrimination + disgusting breakfast.”

We were first assigned a gloomy, depressing room on level 8 where the hot water didn’t work at all; after a long conversation with staff at 12 am the next morning, we were moved to level 9, which made the stay noticeably better, though the move itself was a nightmare; the hotel is in a great spot and connected to a mall, but the breakfast was absolutely awful and the staff’s initial room assignment seemed racially biased—every “Indian” guest was put on the 8th floor, while we Malaysians were also placed there, hinting at a racial theme; even after moving to level 9 the air conditioner leaked.

“Very nice hotel”

The room was very nice, the location was good, and the price was reasonable, but the wooden door needed to be replaced.
