“Loved it , even gave us roses for our 25th anniversary!! Attention to detail was top notch!”
The spot was great and the hosts were friendly, but everything else was just fine.
“A beautiful house, amazing room and great area of Boston.”
The room was absolutely gorgeous, and the common areas were exceptionally well furnished and beautiful. Stephen was lovely and helpful, and the area itself is fantastic. The bed was comfortable and the shower was awesome. The only improvement needed would be blackout blinds to cut down on street light.
“Very bad access to rooms. Several flights of stairs in narrow staircase, no elevator.”
It is a very nice and well apointed vintage property. Only way to get to rooms is throught negotiating several flights of stairs, in a narrow staircase. To mine 4. I am 77, 5 pieces of luggage and coming to Boston due to a medical reason. Stairs and no elevator WITHOUT SAYING SO REALLY VISIBLE BEFORE THE BOOKING is BAD FAITH
“A comfortable stay in a stunningly appointed historical brownstone in a high end area of Boston.”
I stayed at a stunning historic building in an upscale part of Boston, and the classical music that played in the background and the curated design throughout made it feel very elegant and comfortable. The beds were super cozy, the rooms were quiet, and the coffee in the room was amazing. The only downside was that it was a bit too far from Newbury Street for my taste; a quick Uber was the fix, and while a 20‑minute walk is nice in good weather, it was less pleasant in the winter.
This place is awesome. The room is beautiful, the neighborhood vibe is great, and the rooftop hot tub gave me several special moments with city views at night and during golden hour. I highly recommend it!
