We spent the weekend celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday and it was a wonderful experience! When we entered the room, everything was thoughtfully decorated, complete with a handmade card and flowers scattered around the room—a lovely surprise that made a big difference! ❤️ The location is great, the room was clean and organized, and the pool is a real charm, perfect for couples. The breakfast deserves a mention too! It offers a little bit of everything: fruits, juices, coffee, and sweet and savory options that we chose the day before. Everything is served by the staff on site, who, by the way, is extremely polite and attentive. We loved the stay and the care with which we were welcomed. We will definitely come back! 🥰 The air conditioner dripped during the night from Saturday to Sunday, which ended up dampening the room a bit. For future improvements, I think it would be useful to install an electric fence on the pool wall, since that area gives direct access to the bathroom and the room. I believe this measure could reinforce the safety of the space, especially at night.

The bathtub and the great bathroom, plus excellent service, were highlights. The access was a bit difficult.

“Decepcionante”

The new lodge is cozy, spotless and well‑located near the city center and several restaurants. However, the shine faded as the stay went on. We arrived to find the lodge still under construction and only two chalets available, so it isn’t a large place; future completion might change that. We also missed a proper reception and warmer service – we weren’t greeted upon arrival and had to wait for a staff member to attend us, which felt unwelcoming. The breakfast was the biggest let‑down; we were told only a day before check‑in that it cost R$ 35.00 per person, and what we got was a very simple, poorly served spread with tiny portions that felt like “food bait”, far below the price. Checkout was also annoying – the 11 h time was announced, yet at 10 h we received a reminder to leave, which seemed unnecessary and inconvenient. The property has potential and is attractive, but as a small, new place it could benefit from better hospitality and a more polished guest experience.
