Location-wise, this hotel is hard to beat.
The bathroom could've been cleaner and looked like it needed some work.
The breakfast was amazing - lots of options and everything tasted great.

The Standard Queen Room offers one large double bed and can accommodate a crib for an additional infant. A private bathroom includes a bathtub or shower and a hairdryer. The room is air‑conditioned, provides a wardrobe, a safe deposit box, and a flat‑screen TV with cable channels.
“Bola to super dovolenka”
We have stayed at this hotel three times and are very satisfied again. Breakfast was tasty, dinner too. When we were there, there were few guests, so the food selection was a bit limited. The hotel is very close to the lake, which is a huge advantage for those who don’t want to walk far to the lake. Behind the hotel is a square where they organize various programs and concerts. We were assigned a room in section B that had not yet been renovated. The bathroom was old with a bathtub that was hard to get into and hard to exit. At least we got this room, not our traveling senior companions after hip joint surgery.

The location is very good and the equipment is also great, but the breakfast is unfortunately not that great.

The staff were all excellent, and the hotel sits in a fantastic spot; just a two‑minute walk from the back entrance to the thermal bath ticket office. However, the room’s cleanliness left something to be desired—especially the toilet, which wasn’t properly cleaned, and the facilities felt quite outdated.

The short walks to the lake and the centre were convenient, and you could choose between underground parking or spots at the hotel; the staff were very friendly except for Frau Dora, and we’re especially grateful to Herrn Benjamin for helping resolve our issue. Even though I booked two balcony rooms well in advance, one was cancelled two days before arrival; I received an email promising the reserved room on the second day, yet on arrival we were offered a third‑floor room despite two balcony rooms being vacant throughout our stay.
The staff were very friendly, the location is very central, and the breakfast was ample and good. I can’t think of any negatives except that the rooms weren’t cleaned very neatly.
