Hotel Schneeberg FAMILY SPA RESORT

The hotel’s location was great. We arrived and were upgraded to a larger, more luxurious room. Not all staff spoke German or English, which made meals a bit difficult and seemed less friendly.

The hotel sits in a perfect spot for nature lovers, with countless walking trails right at hand and a place where you can forget about your car.

“Bene ma non benissimo”

The hotel is big, the entertainment services are great, and the staff is incredibly kind. The evening buffet was a bit weak, but that’s not the fault of the hotel; too many kids were shouting.

I went on a solo vacation with my dog and initially thought there would be more restrictions for pets, but my Argo was welcomed everywhere. I could take him to breakfast, lunch, and dinner in dedicated areas, and I even joined group hikes after asking the guide if he could join. The room was large and cozy, and the food was fantastic! The wellness area is a true oasis of peace (at least for adults). If I had to give a tip as a pet lover, I’d suggest an off‑leash area for dogs so they can roam safely, especially since they must be on a leash during walks. There’s plenty of green to create a dedicated space.
