Petit Palace Tres Cruces is a boutique hotel situated less than 50 metres from Madrid's vibrant Gran Vía. Elegant rooms feature free Wi-Fi, hydromassage showers, flat-screen TVs, air conditioning, and minibars. A 24-hour reception offers museum ticket arrangements and bicycle rentals. Located near Puerta del Sol, Gran Vía Metro Station, and the Art Triangle, this hotel provides easy access to the city's main attractions.

The location was excellent.

The staff was helpful and the rooms were clean. The central location was perfect for walking around the city. The breakfast was good. We weren’t informed about construction in the hotel. A scaffold with a safety net was in front of our window, blocking the view and making it dark. At 7:30 the construction waste containers in front of our window were swapped. From 8:00 to 18:00 there was construction noise from jackhammers, so no relaxation was possible. The price was quite high. There was mold in the shower.

The location was good. The bed was the largest.

The location was very good and the place was clean. The hotel was under construction, and for 300 euros I got a small room with a view of a lighted courtyard. It doesn’t have the charm of other petit palaces.
