The location by Lime Street station was perfect, the staff were very friendly and professional—especially at reception, which many hotels miss—and the Holiday Inn Liverpool gave us a real welcome; the only downside was having to leave, but it will still be our hotel of choice when we visit Liverpool.

Das Personal war nett, die Lage super, das Zimmer trotzdem relativ ruhig und sehr hell; nur war es ziemlich teuer, aber das scheint in Liverpool üblich zu sein.
