The room was clean and comfortable, the meals were good, and the spa was nice, though breakfast felt a bit pricey.

When we checked in, the receptionist directed us to the wrong side for room 120 and refused to check in my friend without identification even though I was on the phone giving permission; this lack of access to the spa and the next‑day arrangements, combined with the overall attitude toward resolving the issue while I was in Ballarat and then came back to Creswick to check in, was disappointing.
