Check‑in and check‑out were simple, but a tunable individual heater in the room would be nice.

“Conveniente ubicacion”

The spot on Carrera Séptima is spot‑on for getting to the city’s business hubs, but the late‑night food is pricey and thin on variety. Even though they say a different vendor runs it, the service inside the hotel feels off; I ordered lasagna, it took ages, and there was no bread to go with it. On top of that, the TV in my room never worked.

“Gran hotel bien ubicado en Bogotá”

I liked how the room was positioned, it was super comfortable. The cleaning lady seemed to know we were heading to a BTS concert and she set up the bed just right for us. The front desk and hotel staff were very friendly. On the downside, a kitchen staff member was rude and ignored my request, even though he could have fulfilled it and did so for other guests.
