I was surprised because a quick last‑minute booking landed me a double room with both an indoor and an outdoor whirlpool, a sauna, and a large windowed bathroom—no wonder it’s called a nest of love. The rooms were small but well organized, and breakfast came with snacks and drinks in the room. The staff were very friendly. The location feels a bit isolated in the middle of nowhere, even though it’s only a few minutes from Spello.

The welcome was exceptional; the Queen room was stunning and I was very satisfied. For one night it was amazing, and the cherry on top was the incredibly affectionate cat that received a lot of cuddles 😍. My partner and I felt very comfortable and left pleased.

We stayed for two nights in August, and the room was spotless with every comfort. Alessandro and Esmeralda welcomed us flawlessly—highly recommended!

Esmeralda was outstanding in the welcome. The in‑room dinner, “la ciliegina sulla torta,” was fantastic—definitely worth a return trip!
