My stay at Hotel Pestalozzi surpassed my expectations and made my time in Lugano even more pleasant; the room was spotless and very well maintained, and the staff were extremely courteous, friendly, and eager to help with anything I needed. Mille grazie per tutto!

There is no fridge bar, not even a bottle of water, and the soap supply is poor.
