The facilities, location, and cleanliness were good, yet the parking entry/exit was chaotic: staff told me to honk when I reached the turnstile and they'd open it, but the door stayed jammed for a long time, causing a traffic jam every time and a terrible experience that felt like a trauma whenever I needed to move.
