I didn’t like the price—it was expensive and parking was also costly. The room was very small.

It was close to the mall and restaurants. A bistro with a live band below the hotel made the noise extremely loud. The hotel didn’t provide bottled water or an electric kettle in the room, so guests had to refill water themselves in the corridor. There was no 24‑hour lobby service, the towels were old, and the room was very small. Overall, it was definitely not worth the money paid, and the hotel feels more like a 1‑star property than a 3‑star.

The hotel sits right in the downtown area, making it easy to reach everywhere. The room feels cramped, the price isn’t justified, there’s no spot to relax or hang clothes, and overall it left me unimpressed.

The front desk and housekeeping were fantastic—always friendly, quick, and greeted us with the sweetest smiles. However, baby cockroaches emerged from under the bed, and management needs to address this issue urgently.
