I got a free Turkish Hamam, which was great, but the bidet water pressure was very low and the breakfast coffee machine was broken.

The location is nice and the room itself is excellent, but the Wi‑Fi signal in my room was awful and I had to rely on my own data. The lobby and other areas had good internet.

The reception staff moved me to a new room twice after I pointed out several problems, and Gokcenur handled everything calmly. Ali Gurler at the restaurant was professional and courteous, and he happily served me fried eggs on two separate mornings. Thanks, Ali.
The Wi‑Fi signal in my room was terrible, forcing me to use my mobile data, but internet worked fine elsewhere in the hotel.
