The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful; they even called to ask if I wanted a late checkout, which was considerate. The interior décor was very well presented, and the food offered excellent value for money. I received a room upgrade, and despite the bedroom not being as spacious as some comparable hotels, the good shower, comfortable bed, and soft pillows made it ideal for a couple or solo traveller. The lifts were unusual but super quick. The only improvement I’d suggest is clearer guidance on entry, as I was told I had to go to floor 27 to check in.

The front desk staff who registered us were meticulous and provided excellent service.

The room was big, but it was always lit at night, and the noise from the top floor was annoying.
