My wife, daughter, and I had a wonderful stay, celebrating our wedding anniversary with a complimentary cake and room décor that delighted us. The room was fantastic, the view enchanting, and we enjoyed the pool and the outdoor cinema. The Italian restaurant served delicious food—especially the pizza, pasta, and arugula salad—making the dining experience excellent. The only drawback was a few insects outside the room and on the balcony at night, due to nearby trees and nature; inside the room there were no issues, and staff reminded us to keep the balcony closed at night as much as possible.

The restaurant had good service, but the overall service was poor: we had to lift our own bags, the front‑desk staff were unhelpful, and we were forced to re‑book a different room.

The staff greeted me with smiles and the rooms were spotless; breakfast was very good, and there were no complaints.
