The room was comfortable and the hotel had a café, but it opens onto a road, so sleeping with the window open isn’t possible.

The service was top‑class, polite and attentive, the food was very tasty, and the comfort, cleanliness, and location were all perfect; I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located, 20 minutes on foot from all of Poltava’s attractions; it’s a bit loud from the road, but you can get there by bus or a 20‑minute minibus to the central bus station. The rooms are clean, with hygiene kits, a hair dryer, and a fridge, but the electricity works only via a key card. Note that the minibar is paid. If you walk around a lot, the fridge won’t work. The hotel has a café with reasonable prices. It would have been nice to have a kettle.
