“Das Hotel ist den Preis nicht Wert.”

I had a balcony where smoking was allowed, which I found very comfortable. There was also a daily bottle of sparkling water. The bed was too hard and too small. I kept hitting the built‑in radio at night. The bathroom water stayed cold even after a long wait. The heating didn’t seem to work properly; it was set to 1 and the room was as hot as the Sahara. Turning it off took forever before it stopped humming. I also found a spider in the room, which I absolutely cannot tolerate. Breakfast was not worth the price. The rolls were okay but not fresh, the eggs were cold as if they had been in the fridge all night, the croissants were extremely small, and the sausage selection was very limited. If I come to Bad Nauheim again, I’ll definitely choose a different hotel.

The staff were very friendly and the location was great, especially the extensive breakfast served in a lovely setting, along with a restaurant that offered a good selection.

“Ideale Zwischenstation in Bad Nauheim”

First off, the staff were wonderfully warm and attentive, whether at check‑in, dinner, breakfast, or check‑out. A locked stall is available for bikes, and the coffee/tea on the hallway is nice. The rooms feel a bit "retro" but are otherwise fine, and the mattress was superb. Also, a 10 % discount at the restaurant for overnight guests is a nice perk. The hotel is also close to the spa and the Kurpark.
