The location was great, a house steeped in history with charming nooks, a well‑maintained garden and a small pool to cool off from the heat. The views from our lovely room were spectacular – the best view of Avignon.

The view of the fort, the central location, and the ability to park right in front of the inn were positives. However, we arrived a bit early for the season, so the garden and pool were inaccessible and unusable. Breakfast was very mediocre, with nothing fresh.

The accommodation was comfortable with an excellent location – walkable to Avignon and very peaceful. Unfortunately, there was no gluten‑free option, but they offered a tasty yogurt instead.
