The location, cleanliness, and overall newness of everything were excellent. The parking is a block away and isn’t included in the price.

The lobby is very pretty. The windows couldn’t be opened, the water smelled bad, and the A/C was inadequate.

From start to finish, the entire experience was amazing; every staff member—from the front door, reception, to the restaurant—was friendly and professional, making the stay incredible. The rooms were always clean and well maintained, making it an excellent choice for staying in downtown Guadalajara (I’ll return in November for the same reason). There was an incident with the water due to a faulty pipe, but when I reported it to reception they explained the situation, assured me that steps were being taken, and apologized—very professional.
