Heldrich Hotel and Conference Center

“Schlechtes Personal und veraltet.”

The staff were unfriendly; they kept their headphones on while serving me at the reception. The customer service was genuinely bad.

The location and value were great, but the bathroom wasn’t as clean as I would have liked.

“Great location, nice hotel for a short in town stay.”

The location was perfect for our purpose, just a short walk to the Stress Factory and plenty of things to do and see nearby. The town is charming and walkable when the weather is nice, so I recommend staying here. The restaurant was closed on Friday, though they served us at the bar/lounge area. They had no steak available and the menu seemed limited, but the burger was good and the staff were friendly and attentive.

“It was in a convenient place for sure, so that was very good. Close to good food spaces.”

The location was good, but the TV menu was completely fake; I couldn’t watch BBC and almost half the listed channels didn’t exist. Two technicians came, but no one could fix anything. The carpets and bathroom were not clean.
