The bathroom was a total letdown - it was dirty and didn't seem like it had been properly cleaned. Not exactly what I'm looking for in a hotel.

Honestly, what really put me off was the hotel management's response - or lack thereof. It felt like they weren't taking my concerns seriously. Overall, it was a pretty frustrating experience.

I liked that the parking area was spacious and the building was new. However, the access road could use some improvement - it's a bit of a bumpy ride getting there.
