We arrived very late, yet they still took a lot of time for us; the kitchen was excellent and the breakfast was delicious.

A very nice short holiday, very quiet but not far from the center, the mountain nearby, friendly staff, and a parking spot right by the house – we will definitely come back! There is nothing to complain about.

“Urlaub”

The hotel’s location is great for hiking, and the breakfast was sufficient for us, but unfortunately the pool was closed.

The hotel is newly renovated and very modern, the breakfast selection is varied and thoughtfully arranged, and because it includes a public restaurant, you can also eat well there in the evening. In the room we found many extras that are not taken for granted today, such as a modern fridge stocked with drinks, a huge TV, a kettle with tea and coffee portions plus cream, and also cosmetic wipes. The location below the Jeschken with tram access straight into the city center, the zoo and botanical garden was very convenient for us. We could park our car for free in the hotel’s courtyard. We can highly praise that we were able to cancel a room free of charge on site after the cancellation deadline due to illness – something we didn’t expect. Thank you very much for that! Unfortunately, German is not spoken in the hotel; personal conversations were hardly possible. We found no German TV programs. Food smells spread throughout the building because the kitchen apparently had no door that could be closed.
