“Exceptional”
We spent four nights together and felt at home from the moment we walked in. The hotel was immaculate and meticulous in every detail, showing that someone truly cares about the little things. The room was spacious and comfortable, giving a real “home away from home” vibe instead of a typical hotel. I was pleasantly surprised to find a fully stocked fridge and fresh flowers, small touches that really matter. Ferry, the owner, delivered outstanding service: caring, available, and professional. I highly recommend it.

Ferry is a natural host with a special character. Communication before arrival was easy and helpful. He told us about the area, listened to our preferences, and helped us find what we wanted. His passion for life and work is obvious. The Empire Suite was incredibly comfortable and well supplied. The location is tucked away yet just a stone’s throw from Amsterdam’s centre.

The management’s excellence and passion, led by Ferry, truly shines through in how sublime this place is. The apartment we booked had great décor, overlooked a calm garden, and had everything we needed and more. It was on the third floor and reached by one of the most beautiful staircases I’ve ever seen—stairs that look like something out of Château Versailles. I originally planned a longer review, but honestly, if you’re thinking about booking an apartment here, do it without hesitation.
Ferry, our host, was very attentive; the room was well-equipped, the view was great, and the location was ideal for all activities in Amsterdam. It was also very quiet. The house has a unique charm—never before had we seen such a wonderful staircase! It was our best hotel stay in Amsterdam so far, and we’ll gladly return. Everything was excellent; there was nothing to complain about.
