“Comfortable”

The location is perfect, near the train station and in the center, the bathroom was impeccably clean and the room size was great. Nothing.

The hotel sits right in the city center, and the room was comfortable with a nice bed. Breakfast was hearty and tasty, and the staff were friendly. Parking is only a two‑minute walk away, though it does cost extra. In the morning there was a bit of noise from outside construction, but it didn’t bother us much.

“Decently priced hotel. Will stay again”

The location works well, close to the lake and plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. The room is a decent size with comfortable beds, and you can leave luggage before or after checkout for the day. Free coffee, water, and tea in the lobby are a nice touch. On the downside, the bed lacks a headboard and there’s a concrete slab on top that could hit your head if you’re not careful. The bathroom has no exhaust fan, which I’ve noticed in almost every Swiss hotel we’ve stayed at.

“Great service, great location.”

The service was outstanding, especially the front‑desk lady who checked us in and the woman at the breakfast area; I even attached a photo of them highlighted with purple lines.

“Excellent hotel and good value in beautiful Luzern”

Very nice hotel in a great location right on the No. 1 tram line. We opted for a larger room that was surprisingly spacious and comfortable and well worth the little bit higher price. Staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived before the scheduled check-in time and left our luggage while we explored the town. Returned to find that our luggage was waiting for us in our room. Nice. Wish we could have stayed longer
