“Very bad behaviour from the staff member”

The owner apologized for his conduct the next morning and I didn’t have to pay for parking, which costs 10 euros per night. Later I discovered that the town has plenty of secure parking spots, so I’d recommend parking there if you don’t want your keys to be “confiscated.” It was a very strange experience and the damage was already done because his behaviour was bad in every way. I never felt welcomed. I hope he learns from this and stops treating guests like that. Thank you for the apology. Finding the hotel by car using a navigator was difficult. The owner at reception gave me a very negative welcome; he was rude, unpolite, and seemed indifferent to me as a customer, even though I was polite all the time. The strangest thing happened when he tried to park my car but didn’t return my keys. He shouted that if I wanted my keys back I could park elsewhere! I didn’t know what to do because it was already late and dark in this unfamiliar city. My husband Jari insisted I get my keys back. In the end I did, but the man was furious. I can’t understand his antics with the cars! Valet parking is fine in high‑end hotels and restaurants, but this was a garage with the door open all night, so anyone could walk in and damage your car. What he did to me as a customer was low and very bad. The hotel itself is dated and worn out. This review was written by my wife Mia, who stayed alone.

In the heart of the city, everything was clean, internal parking, comfortable mattress, well insulated, a small balcony in the room, great pillows. Nothing else.
