The breakfast attendant was very professional and serious. We had spa treatments, and again the therapists were professional and pleasant. The hotel feels like a real maze; we struggled to find our way around. The room was very hot. The pool was really cold, and we were not properly welcomed at the spa upon arrival or departure—no tea, no water, nothing. The treatment included a hammam that we never used, and no one was there to greet us before our appointments even though we were told to arrive at 13:00.

“Spacious and modern rooms”

The rooms were spacious, clean, and air‑conditioned, and the location on the quayside was close to restaurants and bars. The staff were friendly, and there were tea and coffee‑making facilities in the room. The basement offered a small spa pool with a sauna and steam room. Some details need attention: our room had missing tiles at the base of the shower cubicle, and one of the two spa showers didn’t work properly—the control knob came off in my hand. It would be better if the spa provided towels, as I had to return to my room to get one.

The reception was calm and the room spacious. The air conditioning turned off every 10 minutes, making it too hot to sleep.

Being in the heart of the city, the room and its bedding, the hearty breakfast, the pool, sauna, hammam, and the large terrace overlooking the port—all of these make me strongly recommend this place. Nothing negative.
