“Good but there are better value rooms around”

The location and cleanliness were good, but the room is below ground level, opens directly to the lobby, and the window is at road level.

We really appreciated the cleanliness, the attention to detail inside the hotel, the automated systems, and the well‑equipped rooms; a big plus was the staff—especially Miranda at reception, who was incredibly helpful, extremely polite, spoke excellent English, and gave useful tips on how to enjoy the island. The hotel is well‑located, just a short walk from the central area with restaurants and the port, and buses that run very efficiently are used to reach the beaches, with the stop relatively close to the hotel.

The place was clean, secure, and in a great location.

I liked the location, the staff were polite, and the room was renovated and very clean. However, I think the value for money is poor; it’s a very pretty place but I have no complaints, yet it’s too expensive for what it offers—a room without a balcony, no breakfast, and no parking.
