“Kamar level melati”
I was impressed by the hotel's location, but unfortunately, my room fell short of expectations. The cleanliness of the room was lacking, and the bathroom was unhygienic and not functioning properly. The curtains were flimsy, and I encountered issues with the hot water and air conditioning. To make matters worse, the bedding caused skin irritation, and the towels were thin and didn't absorb water well. Additionally, there was no complimentary water and the bathroom amenities were inadequate.
