The coffee machine at breakfast was always too cold. Upon arrival we were put in a room without a shower and with a rod to pull; after complaining we were moved to another room where the bathroom was very dirty, with lime on the tiles, a shower with low water pressure and clogged holes, the water from the shower was muddy on the opposite side of the drain, and the feet were almost covered with shower water—very unpleasant. Overall cleaning was lacking; the bedding was very dirty, the bathroom trash was only taken out when I asked the maid, and bathroom trash should be removed daily, not just on request.

Breakfast was wonderful, location was good, staff were polite, helpful, and very friendly. The bathroom mirror was broken and needs replacing. The toilet paper quality was poor; I had to buy it at the market and bring it back to the hotel. I’d suggest leaving a cold water dispenser in the common area for guests. The parking also needs improvement—there are few spots and it’s very narrow.

The room was spacious and clean. There is no kids’ area, which is a simple missing feature.

Nothing to say. The accommodation was not what was advertised. The room was very uncomfortable, the bathroom too, with a clogged toilet, and the beds were uncomfortable. Luckily it was only a one‑night stay, so I’ll never return. Breakfast was disappointing—those planning a day out should stop by a bakery to supplement it. The reception was not cordial. I didn’t like it and won’t come back.

The value for money was excellent and I was pleasantly surprised by the stay. For anyone planning to enjoy the tours and beaches of Bonito, it’s a great choice. Even though the hotel is older and undergoing renovations, the stay was smooth and hassle‑free. The only improvement needed is more parking spaces.
