The location was perfect, right next to the beach
The room was spotless
The staff at this hotel were super friendly and helpful, especially when we had issues with the people staying below us

“26 vaca”
The air conditioning worked really well, but the beach access needs improvement, the pool required cleaning, and the shower water pressure was disappointing.
The location was great and the staff were very friendly, but the pillows were not satisfactory.
“We won't be back”
They had no breakfast, and the service felt off—people were allowed to drink alcohol in the pool, which was disappointing.
“The customer service from the front desk to the housekeeper manger was Excey”
The place was very well kept and clean, yet the pool had algae and the pool furniture was not clean.
“Perfect for our budget and recreational needs”
The location, location, and price were excellent.
