The place was cozy inside the city. Breakfast could have been more varied.

The staff gave an excellent welcome, everything was extremely clean. The breakfast was fresh—eggs freshly cooked, real eggs not boxed. Everything was handled with great care, though simple, and I would repeat it without hesitation. Sleep was very good. In truth, everything was very good.

The hotel was clean and generally comfortable, and it seems to have been renovated in recent years. The staff were friendly and the breakfast, although simple, was fresh and included eggs, cold cuts, cheese, yogurt and fruit. A few minor drawbacks: some parts of the room showed signs of wear, such as peeling paint, and there was a persistent smell in the room that disappeared after ventilation or using the air conditioning but returned later in the day. The breakfast selection was the same every morning and could benefit from a bit more variety, especially vegetables.

Localização excepcional, rua tranquila, próximo a estação de metrô, linhas de ônibus e pontos de hop-on-hop-off e estacionamento público, bares e restaurantes. Fácil acesso plano ao bairro Chiado, rua Augusta e Praça do Comércio. Hotel familiar, bom atendimento, pessoal muito atencioso. O banheiro mal distribuído. Não tinha amenidades (xampu, etc)
