The spa was included in the stay, but there is no restaurant; you can’t eat at the hotel except for a set menu, and the breakfast could be better.

The staff were friendly, the facilities good, and breakfast included a personalized tortilla, but I mistakenly booked a large room for myself at a high price; I wanted a smaller one, though I think that was my mistake.

I was in the city center and the rooms were huge, but the 90s décor was a bit dated, and the worst part was the rude woman at check‑out – she was grumpy, unfriendly, and claimed to be the deputy hotel director, which was just annoying. I won't stay here again.
