The location, cleanliness and everything else were fantastic, but the accommodation is very close to the other rooms, so the walls feel like paper because it seems like they’re in your room.

I was in the heart of the city and the location was great, but the room was a nightmare – a tiny space on the third floor that felt like the Harry Potter pantry. The bathroom could only fit one person; you couldn’t dry your hair because you couldn’t raise your arms, and if you’re a bit stout you can’t even fit in the shower. The bed was 1.35 m with stone pillows, and the TV looked like a tablet. On the third floor the Wi‑Fi didn’t work, so they told us to go down to reception to connect, which was hilarious. The price was high for what they offered, and on the second night we didn’t sleep there at all. There was no physical staff present at any time, and the place wasn’t meant for rest because the street noise was constant.
