I appreciate the effort to save resources by allowing towel and bedding reuse for longer stays, and the common tea, coffee, and snack station on each floor was a nice touch that reminds us of community sharing; the round table and chair work well for long hours despite some ergonomic compromises. The rooms are small but thoughtfully designed, the staff are respectful and helpful, and the restaurant food tastes like its names. The counter staff did their job well, but compared to the rest of the team they felt just good, and even though a clear towel-use poster exists, guests still expect staff to change towels daily even if left hanging, so the staff did it for everyone to avoid unhappy customers, which is sad; guests should understand and appreciate these small efforts.

Rooms and bathrooms were spotless and the staff were friendly, yet both the room and bathroom felt cramped for what I paid.

I had a pleasant stay at 7 Apple, thanks largely to the staff—especially Mr. Om Prakash at reception—who were very accommodating and helpful. The only downside was the absence of a mini fridge in the room, but otherwise everything was great.
