“The worst worst worst hotel”

I had the worst three days of travel at this hotel. Previously it was good, but the front‑office manager and the GM turned it into a profit machine with zero customer service. It might work for corporate events but is terrible for guests or families. The front‑office manager was unfit for customer service. I tried to see the GM but he was unavailable. I paid 10,000 Rs a day and there was no tissue paper in the room. Everything was below poor.

“Will stay here. Management needs to look at falling service levels. New staff I am told.”

Breakfast and room‑service quality were dropping, but overall it was still a very good place to stay.
