I went to Goa for work and booked this hotel. Before checking in, we brought some snacks from outside. Later, we called reception and asked for a few plates, but they refused, saying they don’t provide plates for outside food and only give them if we order from the hotel. That felt quite unreasonable. It’s a basic courtesy to provide plates for guests already staying with you, and this response made the experience disappointing. I hope the management looks into this and improves their guest service.

The location and staff behavior were good, but the AC made a noise, the toilet seat couldn’t be closed, and no towels were provided.

“Perfect for our trip to Panjim”

I loved my room, but the hotel failed to provide basic amenities. They didn't provide towels initially and then gave us only one, which was not sufficient.
