It was cozy, but the bathroom was so small.

The location was comfortable and the staff were helpful, though I had trouble getting into my room at first; the staff answered the phone and were very helpful.

Room spotless, bed comfortable, was a slight issue signing in to the TV as the WiFi was playing up but it was soon rectified, other guests were loud at times but didn't disturb us, we slept fine, cleaning lady was happy to supply us with extra milks and sugars (I was travelling on my own with a 6 year old so we were back at the room quite early - plenty of cups of tea available!) The owners were in contact with us throughout the stay, answering all queries and making sure we had everything we needed. Overall a lovely couple of days in Llandudno with a very pleasant place to sleep - this particular room is small but perfect for 1 (or 1.5) travellers. Maybe some plug sockets next to the bed

“Wouldn’t stay again, small rooms however close to the sea and shops.”

The place is close to the promenade and shops, a good location with parking available. Parking was incredibly tight. The room was very small, including the bathroom – the shower was cramped, and there was no space when on the toilet. This room would not suit someone who carries weight. You can hear EVERYTHING from the other rooms; people could be heard up and down the stairs all night, and we could also hear when people were using the toilet next door.

The location and price were good, but literally the world’s smallest toilet… unless I’m fatter than I realize… ps, I’m fat.
