“Nu recomand nimănui!!!!”

Nothing was good at all – everything left a lot to be desired. I didn’t like anything: the rooms smelled bad, the heating was barely on when we arrived, the hot water was almost nonexistent, and you couldn’t take a shower because the water was cold.

The balcony view and the large room were nice, but the hot water in the bathtub was missing, the sink was boiling hot, the hydro‑massage shower was broken and in bad shape, and the bathroom had a terrible stench.

The staff were impeccable! However, there was no hot water (only a little “warm” water), red spots on the bed linen (probably blood), a dirty toilet with yellow marks inside (likely limescale or something), and it took almost two hours for the room to warm up after turning on the radiators and the air‑conditioner.

Very clean and tidy, but the walls are very thin, so I couldn’t avoid the noise from the children shouting in the neighboring room.

The room was large and spacious, which we liked, and it also had a balcony the same size that offered a sunset view—at least that was true for our room. However, many things disappointed us, especially in the bathroom. The jacuzzi tub was dirty; you could tell it hadn’t been disinfected, there were hair strands in it and literal grit in places. Late at night when we dared to try it, the water barely stayed in the tub, the drain was undersized, and the button meant to stop the water flow didn’t work. If that was the only issue, it would have been better, because we never had hot water at all; the best we got was lukewarm water that stopped after a while.
