The location, just a few blocks from the busier area, was perfect, and the views from room 303 were outstanding; everything else—comfort, cleanliness, maintenance—was on point, and the fact that it was noticeably less busy than Lake Placid yet still a short drive away made it a quiet oasis even during the peak leaf‑peeping season. The only thing that kept me from a perfect ten was the need for nicer towels, a cleaner hot tub, and the staff’s lack of knowledge on how to fix issues.

Convenient and well kept, but there was no coffee machine in the room, so I had to buy breakfast in the lobby.
