The place works if you’re just looking to spend a few hours as a day‑user: pool, animals, fishing, horseback riding. The staff are friendly and helpful. The real problem shows up when you book a room. Check‑in is a mess—no one tells you the hours, where the attractions are, or how the place runs. Prices for guests are hidden; you only find out after you’re stuck. After 6 pm the pool shuts, the dining area closes at 7 pm, and the staff leave, leaving the whole site deserted.

The staff were calm and efficient, which made the stay smooth. The only downside was the breakfast—it was cold and had too many fried items. Could use a bit more variety.

The team on site were very attentive and courteous, but the WhatsApp support was terrible.

The pool, the little farm, and the lunch were perfect—this is my second time and I’ll definitely come back. The only hiccup was that there was no water in the chalet, probably because of the number of guests, so we had to shower in the clothes.
