The dinner, particularly the saffron couscous I had ordered the day before, was also a highlight
I fell in love with the outdoor seating area, where I spent most of my time, from afternoon to evening and even breakfast the next day

Everything was fine. No complaints.

The staff were incredibly friendly; Mr. Ahmed was very pleasant, offered great advice for local tours, listened attentively, and was extremely professional and kind.
“Rustgevende authentieke herberg”
The owner was a fantastic host who welcomed you warmly, the location is beautiful and offers all the comfort and peace you need, air conditioning is in the room, the shower has both hot and cold water, the breakfast is delicious with homemade items, there is a secure parking lot, and it’s ideal for motorcyclists looking for a quiet stop near an authentic kasbah; a short walk away are two gas stations.
The garden is beautiful and pleasant, the lady serving breakfast is very kind and helpful, and the owner adapts to our breakfast wishes. We’re not picky, but the facilities aren’t great: the shower is tiny, the shower curtain is torn, and the air‑conditioning cools just enough. In fact, everything drifts away in the bathroom and rooms. It’s a shame; the place could be nice.
The host was genuinely kind, humorous, and even cooked dinner for us and other guests, which tasted fantastic, plus we received some watermelon; it was very affordable. However, the place wasn’t very clean, the beds were either too hard or too soft, it was acceptable for a stopover on our drive from Merzouga to Tamri, but it could use a bit more cleaning or renovation, especially the shower.
