The staff greeted me warmly and I was very satisfied in every way; I will definitely consider staying here again in future visits to Florence and highly recommend it to everyone.

The room was tiny inside a multi‑room apartment, the manager was very friendly, the room was clean enough, the bed comfortable, and it was quiet at night even though I could hear running water in the evening; walking to the historic center takes 10–15 minutes and the air conditioning works. It was very hard to find parking, even though it is strictly paid; the room description on Booking claimed there were items I did not find or were not indicated as available in common areas: a fridge, a tea and coffee set, an electric kettle. The price is high for the room size and what is offered, but I suspect that is the target market in Florence.

Luigi and his wife were very warm and hospitable; Luigi gave us a brief overview of Florence and recommendations, the room and hall were nicely decorated, and the bed was comfortable. The room lacked a tea maker or any other kitchen facilities in the hotel, the shower stall was very small, and there was construction after 8 am with the window covered because of it.

The owner is very friendly, gives a map and recommendations, and if you haven’t researched before the trip he helps a lot. The bathroom is private, a little small but functional. There was construction or repair work outside.

A very beautiful establishment right in the center of Florence. I was very well received by Luidgi who recommended an excellent restaurant and took the time to show me the city map; I recommend it without hesitation.
