The rooms were comfortable, earning a 10, and the breakfast also scored a 10 with cake and fruit options. However, I paid 140 reais for my Shih‑Tzu to stay with us and ended up seeing nothing of a “pet‑family” area, only a “pet‑preso”; there was no space for him, and at the restaurant I agreed but he couldn’t stay outside, so we were advised to keep him locked in the room while we used the hotel areas. I didn’t enjoy the pool area and had to worry during breakfast; they charged for the pet’s stay but offered no area for him to be with us.
