The room was clean and comfortable, yet some staff members could have been friendlier when speaking with guests, and there wasn’t enough breakfast to serve all the guests.

I mixed up the time for breakfast, but the attendant insisted on preparing something for us, which I greatly appreciated; genuine hospitality is hard to find. I also enjoyed the kindness of all the staff I met, especially Johnathan, who made the check‑in and check‑out a pleasure. I will definitely stay there again, and I’ll stay with the brand. The room matched the pictures exactly. The hotel was close to many restaurants and shops right off the main highway. The only negative was having to pay for parking, even though the rate was excellent for a last‑minute trip.

Comfortable bed. Room was not cleaned well. Someone else's clean socks left on arm of couch and clothing tag on floor like vacuuming was just spot done
