The reception was very friendly, the place was calm and the staff were approachable. Nothing else to add.

The cottage was beautiful with very nice, comfortable rooms that would benefit from better lighting, especially for reading. It was disappointing that the hosts were not very involved, which is usually why people choose a bed and breakfast; perhaps the house dog, which is quite dominant, was partly to blame. The breakfast was rather basic compared to many other bed and breakfasts.
