“The worst I’ve ever seen.”

The mattress was nice, though I wasn’t sure what was holding the beds up. I woke up to the smell of weed and cigarettes, so I re‑packed my car at 6 am, got a refund, and left. I didn’t stay the second night. There was no running hot water, and the shower walls had pubic hairs on them, so we couldn’t shower.

“Clean & updated.”

The rooms are clean and newly remodeled. I love the soap dispensers in the shower and on the sink. The place is very quiet and peaceful.

The property is now under new family ownership; every room is centrally located and the staff are committed to your needs and happiness. All staff were dedicated and helped resolve any issues on and off the grounds, including with the local community.

“Didn’t”

This place is all about the money - they don't care about anything else. The staff seem completely uninterested in making sure you have a good stay, and it shows in the overall experience. I'm not sure what the point of even having a front desk is if they're just going to ignore you. It's a shame, really, because the location is great, but it's not enough to make up for the lack of service.

The location of this place is fantastic, but that's where the positives end. I had the misfortune of staying in a room infested with bed bugs, and when I tried to report the issue to management, they seemed completely unbothered. I ended up having to go to the hospital for treatment after getting bitten all over my body, and I'm still trying to process how something like this could happen in a hotel.
