The location was perfect. The breakfast was really poor quality; there were no vegetables at all, only toast and croissant. The staff didn’t speak a word of English.

“Csalódás.”

The central location was good. We spent a week at the hotel, and unfortunately the breakfast was far below what we expected based on the many positive reviews. Every day the same pre‑packed pastries were taken from the counter, only the croissant was freshly baked. Breakfast was officially supposed to start at 07:45, but when the black‑haired lady was there it was at best after 8 o’clock. If we asked for something, she either forgot or simply didn’t care. The service was terribly bored and indifferent. It was shocking that almost nothing could be taken independently; everything was pre‑arranged. The selection ran out of the multi‑day pastries, boiled eggs, toast with a slice of ham and cheese. No vegetables or any side dish was offered. Overall the breakfast was poor, unappetizing, and simply does not meet what one would expect from a hotel.

The location, room size, and staff friendliness were positives. Unfortunately I didn’t feel comfortable. Despite the excellent location and fairly large room, the sewage smell was unbearable. Moreover, during yesterday’s downpour we found ourselves outside the gate in a huge puddle and got soaked up to our ankles. For breakfast, the brioche ran out despite the few guests at the hotel.

“Struttura comodissima”

Ottima posizione in pieno centro di Catania, stanza pulita e molto silenziosa. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo perché ci ha praticamente indicato passo passo come entrare nella struttura. Nulla
