Moxy NYC Downtown

I was looking forward to enjoying the amenities and bar at this hotel, but unfortunately, my stay was ruined by the lack of hot water in the showers. It was a basic amenity that was lacking, and it made my stay uncomfortable.

My stay here was incredibly memorable, thanks to the beautiful city views and the hotel's convenient location. The bathroom was lovely, and the swinging chair was a delightful touch. The staff went above and beyond, decorating my room for my birthday and making me feel special. However, I did experience some frustration with the elevators, which required a key card to access certain floors and sometimes didn't work properly, especially when they were full of people.

I chose this hotel for its great location and reasonable price, which made it a good value for my needs. Although I didn't encounter any major issues during my stay, I also didn't have the chance to explore many of the hotel's amenities. Overall, it was a solid choice for a straightforward stay.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The vibe was really cool and most of the staff were friendly, which made for a welcoming atmosphere. However, I encountered some issues, such as the elevators being slow and the ground floor being very crowded. Additionally, the street outside wasn't properly plowed, making it hard to access, and my room felt cramped.

Everything was geared towards the comfort of the occupants, which was noticeable. My only concern was the lack of on-site parking, which could be inconvenient for some guests.
