When I arrived, the hotel was still waiting on approval and the check‑in took ages. The bed was awful, but otherwise the stay was mediocre.

“Tive uma ótima noite depois de um dia tenso”

I loved the view, the room itself, and especially the location. The service fee didn’t feel worth it, and the elevator, while functional, made me uneasy when it stopped on a floor.

The quiet and shower were nice, but we had to wait a long time for our room because the staff thought the owner hadn’t approved it. The ad promised breakfast and parking, yet we were told those weren’t included—felt like misleading advertising. The floor was dirty, so walking barefoot was a no‑no, and the mattress was awful.
